上海恒基建設工程項目管理有限公司成立于一九九五年七月，主要從事建設工程項目管理、工程技術咨詢、
工程施工監理等業務。公司已取得工程咨詢及項目管理資質證書，
是具有經國家建設部審核批準的房屋建筑工程監理資質甲級等十多項專業資質企業，公司于一九九八年通過ISO質量管理體系認證，
獲得審核中心頒發的《質量管理體系認證證書》，并且建立了一套高效有序的管理體系，
遵循了“科學管理、從嚴預控、精誠服務”的質量方針，
在項目全過程的各類服務工作中充分發揮綜合優勢，取得了顯著成果。
Shanghai Hengji Construction Project Management Co., Ltd was established in July 1995,
engaging in construction project management, engineering consulting, engineering construction supervision services.
The company have more than 10 professional qualification certificates for engineering consulting and project management,
which is approved by the State Ministry of construction of housing construction project audit. In 1998,
the company passed the ISO quality management system certification and was awarded the "quality management system certificate".
The company establishes a set of efficient management system, follows the principle of scientific management as "strict control,
sincere service". The management system achieved great achievement in the process of various service job with its advantages.
公司自成立至今，恪守“為投資者（業主）創造新的價值提供滿意的服務”的企業宗旨，緊貼市場，努力開拓業務，承接了各種類型的工程項目，
有各種教育、文體、衛生民政等公用事業、現代化大跨度鋼結構廠房、高新技術產業園區等工業建筑、高層多層住宅小區、
甲級商務樓等民用建筑、其他各類歷史保護建筑、民防工程、特殊裝修、安裝、改建工程，其中優良工程占85%以上，優質結構工程占30%以上，
另外還有相當部分工程分別榮獲“浦江杯”、“東方杯”、“白玉蘭獎”、“住總杯”等獎項，深受業主的好評和質監站的表揚，
為建設優良工程積累了豐富的經驗。
Adhere to the concept that to create new value with satisfied servie for investors (owners), the company try hard to develop business follows the market trend.
It undertakes various projects like sports, health education, civil affairs, and other public utilities, modern large span steel structure workshop,
high tech industrial park such as industrial buildings, high-rise residential district, first class commercial buildings and protection of historical buildings,
civil engineering, specail decoration, installation, renovation projects. Among them, more than 85% are good quality projects and 30% are excellent ones.
Some projects are awarded "Pujiang Cup", "Oriental Cup", "Magnolia Award" and "Zhuzong Cup" etc. With the praise from owners and supervision station,
